Exchange Eligibility

Size issues Wrong item received (requires courier opening video).

Damaged product (requires courier opening video)

Major manufacturing defect (requires courier opening video)

Product has been worn or used

Security seal tag is broken or removed Exchange

request made after 3 days of delivery

Slight differences due to image representation (some product photos may be AI-generated)

To initiate any exchange, a courier opening video is mandatory. This video must:

Start before opening the parcel

Clearly show the shipping label on the package

Be uncut and unedited

Display the defect clearly

Send the unboxing video within 3 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp
Once approved, return shipping will be initiated by REDO ATTIRE and buyer may be asked to courier back the product to provided address
Replacement item will be shipped once we receive the original product back in original condition
